Seremban, 30 January 2019 (Korporat SUKNS) -Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir today officiated the declaration of the Jempol Municipal Council (MPJ), the fourth municipality in the state. Tuanku Muhriz made the declaration before some 3,000 Jempol residents.

Also gracing the occasion were Tunku Ampuan Besar Negeri Sembilan Tuanku Aishah Rohani Almarhum Tengku Besar Mahmud and Tunku Besar Seri Menanti Tunku Ali Redhauddin.

He was accompanied on arrival by Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun and his wife, Datin Seri Wan Hasni Wan Yusof.

With the declaration of MPJ, the state now has four municipalities including Seremban, Nilai and Port Dickson municipal councils.
